Daniel L. Hoffman, PhD, ABPP, is the Director of the CBT Practice at Northwell Health Physicians Partners, and a clinical psychologist at the STRYDD Center. Licensed since 2010, Dr. Hoffman holds a doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology, and fellowship in evidence based treatments for youth anxiety and related disorders. Dr. Hoffman is board certified in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology, and is an assistant professor at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Hoffman has supervised psychology trainees at all levels. Dr. Hoffman has worked in regular and special education, as well as inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. He has taught in undergraduate and graduate psychology programs. Dr. Hoffman frequently presents at national mental health conventions and maintains a private practice.

George Wurzer III, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker since 1994. He currently serves as the Program Manager for the STRYDD Center at Long Island Jewish Medical Center of Northwell Health. Prior to his appointment with the STRYDD Center he served as the Director of Children’s Services with the Mental Health Association of Nassau County for 28 years. Mr. Wurzer consults to local school districts for children with ASD and has presented to both schools and clinics on best practices for children on the spectrum.
